Quinton Posted: May 23, 2008 Anyone who is legally allowed to own a firearm is allowed to buy or sell firearms online. The following information is not intended to be a complete guide to all applicable laws. It is your responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws when purchasing firearms online.
You must be an adult who is able to enter into a contract. Anyone desiring to purchase a firearm must be able to pass a background check (Click here for the ATF web site for more information). There are age limits on the sale of certain items. And certain types of items are illegal in certain places - for example assault weapons cannot be sold in California and certain types of ammunition are illegal in certain states and cities.
The NRA also has put together a terrific NRA guide to state-by-state gun laws. The ATF has compiled information on the various state laws; click here to view the ATF state-by-state gun laws information. Again, it is your responsibility to make sure that you comply with the laws of your country, city, and state. We do not tolerate attempted illegal activity here!
You do not have to be a licensed dealer to buy a firearm. If you ARE NOT a licensed dealer (also called an FFL Holder), you will be required by law to have an FFL Holder in your area transfer the firearm to you. Virtually anyone who is involved in the sale or distribution of firearms is an FFL holder, including gun shops.

which is better among the two?

I am prejudiced here. I LOVE the Glock series of pistols.
I own a Glock 22 myself and love it!
I have fired both, and I do lean towards the Glock.
The Beretta may be a little prettier but thats it.

I go with the glock

1880 The new American shotgun, double Barrel, side by side, paper shells 12 gauge fit but maybe 28 gauge as I have been told or any in between, and should just be a wallhanger. But a few marks on under barrel stock The rest perfect. Damascus barrels, 3 generations and a 1955 Automatic 22cal all 22's short to LR fit semi- automatic, good condition and even have original Handbook with it, which sells for 30.00 by itself, Asking 185.00 or BO for 22. 1880 Shotgun, Damuscus had appraised by Appraiser and Auctioneer and fells 450.00 for low and 1000.00 for high. Pay what you want if you want it in between these quotes. Other Guns too from collection. The 22 is a JC Higgins but researched it and from stock high and long towards trigger, looks like Winchester made. Another side by side derringer type, Granma says booze runners carried them, 410gauge, double barrel and want at least 200.00 for it and is numbered and not model nunber, but inside is the number 1. Thankyou John Campbell

Here are my questions:
1. Do you have Mossberg 500 Tactical Pump 12ga 3" 18.5" Matte Synthetic Breacher Cylinder 3" 6Rd Bead?
2. After ordering, how long before it is shipped out?
3. I have a Pistol Range in Tucson, Arizona that will take delivery for me...can I use them instead of having you find another?
4. The reason I am asking, I am in Kuwait now, heading to Pennsylvania on 1 November 08, then onto Tucson, Arizona on 10 November. I just need to ensure it arrives prior to me leaving Tucson on 14 November.
Thanks

I need a small or medium calibre automatic for wife's personal protection. Would appreciate info. on pistols for small hands. Would prefer a short barrel for carrying in purse; with rather small handles;and I really do not know which brand or style to purchase. I would encourage you to NOT buy anything UNTIL she has experienced various types. Work your way up and she how much she can handle. I started with a 38special revolver... but by the end of the day was quite comfortable with a .41 magnum, and .40 pistol. I also tried out various grips and sizes.
I'm quite small, so I was surprised to find that the subcompact pistols felt very unstable and too light. The standard size was too heavy, and grips were too large. The compact size with rubber grips felt much more balanced and secure.
Also, I determined that I wanted more rounds to shoot IF worst case scenario happened... there could be more than one person she's having to defend against, or the person is hopped up on drugs and doesn't go down easily. That's why I chose to go with a pistol - Glock G23. Also it's just as effective as a .357 but not as much recoil.
The MOST important thing I discovered is: purchase what SHE is most comfortable using, with the most appropriate grip and size. You want her to be as confident and comfortable as possible with it, IF she ever has to use it in a stressful situation - defending herself or your family.
The next most important item: make sure she practices using it. It doesn't help anyone to have an effective gun IF, in a panic state, she forgets to take the safety off, freezes, or hesitates to shoot when they are closer than 21 feet.
One last thought: I'm adding a crimson trace laser. It custom fits to the grip, so that when you hold the gun it activates the laser automatically. If I have to use it in a life or death situation, I won't have time to make sure all the little dots and lines line up in order to aim... I'll just point that red laser dot right where it needs to go.
As a new gun user and small-framed woman, I hope this helps.

I just purchased a new gun, (S&W 1911), does anyone know if I will be contacted about what local dealer the gun will be shipped to?
Reaper308
I'm pretty sure it is up to you to find a local dealer who will let you use their FFL for shipping purposes, and provide it to the seller. the dealer may charge a small fee for using their FFL. You may want to message Quinton.

Neighbor thinks he want to build 20 a year. He is already in the works for gearing up production. Like 20 is production.... Well he did rattle the windows with his cannon last year. Since this is my first posting i'll be honest.. The only think i've built are drill bits for the oil industry so As i figure out the nessesary details of doing this. I figure the first thing to do is find out if there is a market. Price is going to be around 5600, but i'll need to check what the going price for Gatling guns is.
10 barrel shots 22's.... next batch 30.6
