The Ammunition Accountability Act will require all ammunition sold in the U.S. to be encoded by the manufacturer and tracked via a database. For those of you who swore to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic you better take action before your rights are taken away right from under your feet! If this county is to continue as we know it, we can not let this act be passed into law, it gives our government too much power! This is currently being introduced in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.

If passed into law, this act will allow Big Brother to:

1. Keep track of how much ammunition you purchase and what type. (a drivers license will be required to buy ammunition and your contact information will be stored in a database with the serial numbers associated with the ammo you purchase). This is an invasion of our privacy and a flawed system. How hard would it be for a criminal to get their hands on your ammunition without you knowing? or even worse, bootleg a serial number and frame you for a crime you did not commit?
2. Add a tax to each round of ammunition you purchase. Current tax will be $.05 per round but once this tax is established, it could go up to what ever price they want. Imagine a tax of $1.00 per round! It would be nearly impossible for many people to purchase ammunition and therefore indirectly taking away our right to bear arms.

Do not let this happen!!!

Remember...The Second Amendment clearly states “a well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. This amendment was put into place to keep power with the people of the state, not the government. The government taking control over our ammunition is an indirect infringement of this right!

I don't think manufacturers can support that type of product manipulation
w/ small arms cartridges. Ergo, even higher prices and less production. It would probably envelop hand loaders as well. FYI, the US does own a guano island (off the coast of Haiti), wonder if the shitbirds can mark that.

(You have to look behind all of that outer space stuff)
