Anyone have any idea what the valus or collector value or where to find either for this type of freezer, it still runs.

If the machine is clean meaning very little rust, still runs effeciently and the seals are in good condition it will be valued about the same as a more contemporary used one.
Generally worth is base on it's ability to be a freezer since there is an infinitesimally small market for antique major appliances.
There are ppl who are into the retro look, stuck in the '50s. There are property rental services that rent period equipment to movie makers. They would require a pristine piece of equipment.
Then there's the guy that lives in the Bates Motel... LOL

The cheapest and fastest way I know of to find out if there is a buyer and how much they'll pay is a listing on Ebay. Start listing at .50 cents and see what shakes out, never know, maybe 2 or 3 ppl looking for one.

I agree though, IF you can find someone interested in a period piece, you may get about $500 for it. If it's in good shape. Personally, I might get a old fridge/freezer one day. They made those things to last.
