I was going for my basic handgun safety to get my permit for VA when a guy I struck up a conversation with said he got a Utah out of state and it covers 37 states. Any one else have this or gone through the process of getting one.

I know you have to get a permit for FL to be legal there.

New York accepts 52 states. Oh thats right NY sucks donkey snatch. I am so pissed. My CCP is now a hunting/target permit and our state does not recognize any other state. Shit NY does not recognize their own CCP.
I am beginning to lose my mind over the bullshit here. If I get caught with my handgun ib the car, I now need to prove I was target shooting? yep

I used to think we needed to stay in our respective states and vote the things in we wanted. Now I believe we should gather together to get a foothold someplace, then start to move out and later and take back our nation. Democratically of course. I'm not calling for an armed revolution.

The people are very liberal here. I guess I should just accept it becuase its the will of the people. But the state is turning into a welfare state. More people move here every year to get welfare because of our easy welfare policies. More working people leave each year. Even the NY Giants and NY Jets moved to New Jersy. The only NY team that plays in NY is the Buffalo Bills.
What happens to the working man who pays taxes, is responsible, raises his children properly and owns firearms. What happens to our community when we are sued over nativity scnenes?
New York has treated everyone equally. I am treated equal with gang bangers, drug addicts and deadbeat dads. That is the states mentality. They will take my rights because someone else is irresponsible. Whether its wealth redistribution, gun control, tobacco, dietary habits or parenting- NY wants to penalize me for others actions.
what do you think?

thats exactly why i moved and will NEVER go back. where in NY do you live? I lived in Orange and Sullivan Counties before i left. I knew people that played the welfare system, meaning they knew exactly how many hours to work how many kids to have and so on. I had to work 2 jobs, my wife worked AND we had her mother move in just to pay rent on a 3 bedroom apartment, meanwhile the welfare bitches are watching football on the 52 inch driving escalades and living in section * assisted housing WTF????? where is the logic??

Maybe I lied.

Ok, New York Harbor fat foods party? I think unfortunatley that we're going to have to hit dirty rock bottom before people wake up and smell the B.S. When there is no-one left to pay the taxes then what? I don't know what to tell you man, it sucks. We keep covering the same issues in different formats, be it money to the lending agencies/Detroit Big3, welfare to illegal immigrants, our rights getting stripped because it offends a minority of the people. We were a nation founded on Christian beliefs by a group searching for a free way of life, free from overburdening taxes that were distributed unfairly or not at all. We had a free trade economy, now our money that we worked for is being taken from us and given to irresponsible people. We're becoming a socialist state. I think

if the libs want to take that God forsaken place, then let them have it. Move to a state that is more to your line of thinking. Let them have their welfare, social state and let the hard working, law abiding, up-standing tax payers go somewhere else. To a friendly state that will let a person carry a gun. A state that will not take all of your "extra" money and give it to some worthless sack of hair that will not lift a finger to earn it. Let the eternal victims, the worthless hippies, the generational welfare recipients, the deadbeats of society flock to that bastion of Communism and rot there. I thought that NY and Cali should sesede from the union and form the sovereign nation of Marxism. And while they are at it, they should take Seattle with them.

The whole west coast

The whole west coast is pretty messed up right now. Something just struck me funny, I keep hearing people blame Californians for all the problems with their states laws. Are there really that many ex-Californians running around screwing up the nation? I moved from there and was not warmly welcomed at first, but I vote very conservitivley. Anyhow, I'd say let them have those places for now, but our economies as a whole will suffer without a good western port as well as all the agriculuture of California. We need to change the way of thinking in those places, not there affiliation.

Unfortunately

Those people are gonna stay like that. As long as there are folks that think that we are all equal and should be given equal shares of the pie. There will always be people that are jeolous of the ones that work hard, save smart, get ahead and become wealthy. These people think that just because we all have the same rights under the same government, that we should all get the same of everything...without having to contribute to the cause. That is Communism. Whatever is produced gets put into the collective pot and distributed to the masses. If you make multitudes of stuff or if you don't make Jack Shit, you get the same as everyone else. That is bullshit. And that is the mentality of the people in Cali. and NY.

Just look what being there did to The Governator. He ran as a Republican with conservative points, but just a few years in office and he is now a bleeding heart, hippie sempathizer. They cut Conan's balls off.
