Bet we all have a lot of issue with hollywood gun shooting..
My favorite is the 2" that can pick off the bad guy at 50 meters..
Second favorite is the 30 round auto.. shoot shoot shoot, and more shooting.. they got rid of the 14 round six guns for the shoot forever Glock.
Back later guys, time for a cold one with TBH..

fired once at a car, the car explodes and is tossed 10ft into the air.
A 20MM HEI won't do that in the real world, the car would come apart at the seams and parts scattered but no exploding car thrown up into the air. Hollyweird bullshiite.
Reaper308
after watching sons of guns and american guns, I just figured everything explodes when you shoot it.
HampsterW
__________ Bunk!
LLE
is the Colt SA that is capable of firing an infinite number of rounds, especially when the good guys are surrounded by the bad guys.

something about that sonoguns thing.. reaps right.. just can't get into it..
Lou, nope can't remember "barney" but sure remember the Coronado ferry.. Took a while, but sure was nice to go across and see the fleet.. Coronado is about as close to heaven as you can get in Cali.. the last 300SL (think it was a 57) i've seen "out" was in a residential area over there.. just parked in the driveway.. waiting for some retired admiral to come out and take him down to the "Del" for happy hour..
greg az
all in the same gun.. that thing never ran out.. how bout the "throw" shots.. where that barrel would come down and sorta throw the bullet out of it.. Remember how no one ever looked at their sights either.. point shooting somguns..
One of our own.. old CW was good at this.. "dubya" come out and talk to us buddy.. Guys, didn't CW say once that he actually did some of this sort of shooting at fairs etc..

Good for you Dubya.. know you were going thru some rough stuff, and glad you have that gal in your life.. congratulations..

Yeah, I always wanted one of Roy's or Gene's pistols. Didn't need reloading any more than my cap gun did. I wonder if ya can still buy a roll of caps? Seems like a nickle would get ya a box with 5 rolls in it. I'd get a hammer and set at the anvil and just pop a whole roll cuz I was bored.

of sheet metal and a roll of paper was placed in it. Squeeze the trigger and it would "pop" the paper some how, maybe a plunger pushing air that burst through the paper making the pop sound.
I had one and all the different places that a small finger could get pinched or cut scared me. It was nearly new when I abandon it in my closet.
Vaquero
No sir, that's a new (or old) on on me.
I'd like to see one though.
greg az
im drawing a blank here.. sheet metal has some sharp edges for sure.. but don't think ive ever seen what your discribing.. course im not 100 f'n years old either...BBRRAAAHHHAAAA

you guys ever seen or heard about the whole "anvil" throwing..hmm guess blowing would be a better word.. anyway all you need are a couple of anvils (guessing any thing works on the bottom) explosives in the middle, and set it off..
Sure you all have.. i've never seen it out side of TV.. Thats got to be a hoot.. anyone ever actually seen this..
Pard.. Yep that was it.. you got a small cardboard box with rolls in it.. i thought it was 3 rolls.. maybe we were doing some cost cutting.. i wouldn't have known.. this is funny...pretty sure it was only 3 rolls.. thinking the folks were holding out on me.. ha ha.. I can see that sure as sitting here.. Don't tell him its got 5 rolls in it honey.. he'll just waste em that way..
