Well, if reaper ever comes along I'm sure he would be able to tell you. My unprofessional opinions is, you would probably have to change out the barrel because of the head spacing issues. The lower you can still use, and even the upper would probably still work, but the the nato is longer and therefore it wouldn't chamber correctly.
