i like many people own a gun that if thay pass another assualt wepons ban would be on it mine the spas 12 since they would likely make it like the street sweeper class 3 or whatever will you think will happen to the leagality of my gun just asking cuz it is reigesterd and everything what would happen? its better to burn out than fade away |

The election has many people worried at this time. I live in Montana and it is a very liberal state when it comes to guns. I dont know anyone that does not own an AR-15 of some breed. In a discussion with fellow gun enthusiests the gun ban came up and it was a general consenses that the mountains of Montana would become very crowded if it ever happened. Some are even in the national guard and stated that most they talk to would refuse a call to duty when civil unrest breaks out. I for one am stocking up on clips and ammo right now. I will NEVER hand over my guns and will fight to the death to defend my right to have them. I fought in Desert Storm for freedom and now it is time for us to fight for our own freedoms.

If the gun ban is passed they will try to take your SPAS. Unfortunatly they know you own it. I only buy privately so there is no trace of what I have. Good luck! LOVE THE SPAS 12 THOUGH. HAVE YOU SEEN THE SPAS 15 YET!!! AWESOME!!! I am actually trying to find a SPAS 12 for sale right now.

Hopefully everything stays safe. Obama has stated he will not attempt a gun ban. Can we trust him? Fuck no. He has overstated taxation, evil corporations and energy plans. He will no live up to his energy, taxation or second amendment promises. His historic votes are what I am judging this by. When he wins, I want him to stand by his promises. Maybe we will get lucky......

do you think i should register my spas 12 i havent yet i bought it off a guy in state should i register it or not? you dont have to register long guns in nc so what do you think

as long as you follow the laws...
If you don't have to legally register it, I wouldn't. just my opinion.

I agree. I have 3 registered plus 3 shotguns that I have had pre registration. Won't ever register or give up the 3 that aren't, will bury them first.. I love Arizona....

yea they dont register them like handguns they say that thay only register them when there new i guess just like a transfer not registering
