as far as side to side use a center punch and a hammer,for the up and down go to a tire shop and get a tire valve stem tool for heavy equipment.the tool fits the site and is usually free.

If you received a AK cleaning kit it will have the elevation tool in it, as far as side to side greaypaws way will work. I have the tool to adjust side to side, but I bought it way back when they were a dine a dozen.

when I owned an AK47, I never used the sites! This is the perfect rifle to shoot from the hip. First shot shows how to adjust to the second shot and so on. Many a bowling pin has gone to the great beyond this way.

You do not need the front site tool to adjust front site.. Instead you can use the Tire inflation valve tool or Bicycle tire valve tool to adjust the AK 47 and the AK 74 front site.

Hell I just used my tire iron outta my truck to adjust the windage on my front sight, worked perfectly and the elevation can be done with needle nose pliers, just gotta be carefull and its not as easy
