Ammo

I was curious the best way to select and buy ammo for your paticular model of handgun. I know that ther are a bunch of places to buy from but I was wondering if there was a paticular site that yall like to use like the cheaper than dirt.

Ammo

I would prefer not to buy ammo, but brass, powder, primers and bullets. It is easy to reload and much much cheaper in the long run. Not to mention it improves accuracy. I handload all my ammo and have improve dramatically.
Thats my suggestion.

For Ammo to buy

Try ammoman.com he has some great prices for ammo for both pistol and rifle.

Choosing ammo

For practice, you can look for the cheapo stuff. Ammoman is good, but they're sold out quite a bit. Wal-mart has great prices, but I suspect too many people found out, as they are out of quite a bit also. For defense ammo, don't skimp. If you are using a fixed-sight gun, spend the money to find out which round shoots closest to your sights. Nearly all major ammo manufacturers produce good defensive ammo that you can trust to work. The most important aspect here is accuracy. You need to hit what you are aiming at and nothing else. I personally am buying reloading supplies again for my guns. 9mm ammo used to be cheap enough that reloading really didn't make any sense, but that certainly isn't the case anymore.
