Ammo Avail?
Is anyone else having trouble finding ammo? DHS ordered a butt load and everyone is hogging up my ammo locally? What about you guys???? "We cannot defend freedom abroad by deserting it at home" Thomas Jefferson |

I've been reloading again for a spell now. I am shy on lead and primers though. I'll let y'all know if I have trouble finding supplies.

is still pricey and most big box stores only carry winchester white around here.I had to order some .25 caliber online to get good stuff, but i am taking a trip to my favorite gun store tomorrow for some .44 and 9mm.I shall see whatthey got.

No problems here yet. Though another zombie attack will surely change that.

Stopped by the sporting goods dept at a Walmart I was working in. The only ammo they didn't have was Fed 55gr .223, they had everything else. I think there are regions of hoarders!!
Ammo First
No ammo in Colorado - right now no one is stocking the 223 because they are waiting to see what the new law will be. They are not stocking it because they may get stuck with it. A box of 1,000 rounds was about $225 a box. The lowest I have seen now is about $760 a box. At the gun show last weekend there was two lines outside in the cold waiting to get in with over an hour wait.....everyone was buying the 30 round clips for the AR-15 even me. I think they will outlaw anything 30 rounds and over. Also the new AR-15 will not take these clips. Some 60 round and 90 round clips were going for $150.00 each......I got a 40 round for $30.00!
