Not me

I like cabelas because when I buy I buy in bulk. I order it online and they send it to my local store where I pick it up, no shipping charges. Shipping gets costly when you order 2000 rds. at a time.

yup

We used to buy in bulk from them (5-20 cases) pretty regular until the last election ammo-shortage; nice guy and never any problems. Since then we place our orders well ahead of time, get more than we 'need', and hope for the best.

I think we need to maybe repost it every day or so.. guess at this time the issue would be when is a good time for others.. you and i are about the same distance apart so for im thinking we would give precidence to those a couple of states out.. Or maybe if we set it for a year away then everybody could schedule around it.. and hey is the place your talking about now the same as angel fire or what...

You'll have transportation and a place for your bedroll. Planning on pulling my TT to NM.
Find out nearest place for Greyhound and I can meet you at the station. Has anyone invited ebear?

A good friend bought two cases of ammo and was charged for 2 and only got 1. When contacted they stated the other was in the mail. So he waited and still noting and finally he had to claim false charges to his credit card. Maybe this is just a single event, but I am nervous about spending money with them.

ultramax

Props to Ultramax ammunition. During the worst of the hysteria they had Federal, Speer and Winchester stuff in stock when other places were giving 6-12 month backorders. I also have to say that they're the only bulk reloads/remanufactured ammo I've used without problems. I ordered 11k rds of their remanufactured 165gr .40SW FMJ last January.....I think we've burned about half of that with zero problems, at a substantial savings over factory FMJ from Fed/Win/Speer/Rem.
