Anybody miss me?

Well, as you know my satellite internet connection really sucks. So I have a hard time getting on the damn computer. My kids have it most of the time. I have also been go thru a little bit of a tough time. My wife flipped her car last Monday in the rain. Everyone is fine. My daughter got hurt the worst but, no broken bones on anyone. My wife , second son and daughter were in the car. I think she hit a small river of water coming across the road, panicked and lost control. 2007 Honda Civic is toast. I will post a pic when I get a chance. I guess the car, and airbags did their jobs because everyone is alive. Thank you God for looking out for my family!! Thank you Joe the local Sheriff and an unknown EMT that was off work and the first to stop. I am still trying to find out the name of the EMT that stopped, I especially want to thank her in person. My wife is really freaked out about living up here now and is looking for ANOTHER place to live. I tried to get her to settle down and just relax for a week or two because the accident is still so fresh in her mind. I really like it up here, and I REALLY REALLY REALLY don't want to move again!!!!!

I know how bad satellite internet can be. I glad to hear everyone is okay after the accident. It sounds like they had a gaurdian angel with that EMT. Sometimes god works in mysterious ways. The wife will come around in due time just let her relax for a bit.

Yeah, I think we all missed you. Glad you're back.

I'm very, very glad that your family came through the wreck relatively OK. As Hampster said, cars can be replaced. I'm not trying to trivialize the expense, but the lives of your family are far more important. Be gentle and patient with your wife. She had a severe trauma, and will need time to recover. Your love and support will be very important to her.

No. I think I logged off and missed it. Now I don't remember what thread it was in. How about shooting me a PM?

After all the site stuff yesterday i didn't want to get a chat ticket.. I'm only half kidding about that.. There were a lot of good thoughts about that issue, and i think if we "regulars" make an effort not to hi jack, or at least be careful about letting a serious post get stepped on then were doing the site, and each other a favor..

You blow those bed bugs up to the size you can see them, and those puppys will give you nightmares.. Sorta like going camping with Ebear..

Exactly CW, we can

shoot them at home. I have two choices for shooting my rifles 1: drive 60 miles to the next county or 2: go to one of two ranges, one indoor (30 yds) and one outdoor (200 yds) in SLC that allow rifles, they are usually packed at the times that I am available to go shooting.

$200 may sound like a lot for an air rifle but between gas and ammo I could burn that up real quick when all I want is a little target practice. If I shot a cannon or any other firearm for that matter in my neighborhood I would end up in the slammer.
