anyone a gun dealer or police officer?
if so i need to ask a qeustion about one of the handgun buying laws i cant find a answer to and its pissing me off. IS IT DIED?

i got a uderage drinking charge. will i be able to still get a gun or wil that make me a abuser under the law.

misdemeanor and will not effect your ability to purchase a gun
as long as you are 21 for hand guns and 18 for rifles (in most states)
and meet the other requirements, no felonies, not certified crazy etc.
then you will have no problem getting a gun.
