I've come across a legal method of using existing laws to eliminate estate and capital gains taxes. |

I looked up your website and I live in a state that is not listed? So, will it still work for someone that don't live in these 18 states? I'm medically retired vet so I don't have a lot.

Have you ever hears of a Deleware or a Nevada corporation?
These are states that are considered to be save havens with favorable tax laws and that is why people incorporate their businesses there.
The same can be said to be true about Washington state of r a Section 508 non-profit organization. The founder of our organization, because of the amount of knowledge that she had of this subject has been contacted by the State of Nevada and many other state that have accept this business entity and they have asked her to help them to rewrite their laws so that their state can be a a favorable state for forming this type of non-profit organization.
One more thing. I've been so busy helping others learn about this legal form of doing business that I inadvertently gave you the wrong website to check out.
I told you that you needed a specific user name and a password to get into the site, however when I went back in to update our website, I discovered that I had given you the wrong URL.
I am going to rend you the correct URL along with your own personal user name and password.
In regards to the comment from one of the members of gunslot, who is obviously looking out for your best interest by telling you to be careful, if you have a chance to talk with him, I would ask you to tell him to do the research on the subject before passing any kind of judgment.
I know there are a lot of mean and nasty scams out there, and the IRS even places this type of organization on its list of top 10 scams.
This is because those people who are marketing this are doing so in a manner that is completely illegal and the IRS will shut your operation down if it being run in a way that is illegal or if it will bring harm to another person.
Our founder has worked with Senators, and Congressman, and had a Federal Court as her mentor to make sure that her document was bulletproof and could not penetrated by anyone (except in the case of fraud. in which case there is no protection for those who try to defraud the public.
All I ask is that you take the time to do "enough research" on the subject" in order for you to come to the proper conclusion.

You can legally set up a trust to avoid estate taxes. It takes an attorney, and if you don't have more than a million in assets (it's going up) it doesn't matter because you're exempt. As far as Capital Gains, don't sell the asset and there isn't any. Your heirs get a 'step up' where it starts over.
Seriously, I've heard a lot of schemes before and they're as dubious as sending a bribe to Nigeria so you can pick up your $19 million. Alarm bells should be going off here.

If you'd like me to send you the information I am sending to the above mentioned member then send me your email address to admin@thegatesofzion.org and I will send you the research links so that you to can do your own research.
I "will not" let anyone go ahead with protected a families assets until a person has done "ALL: the research on the subject before they make a decision to go ahead with using this instrument to protect their families assets from taxation.
Remember this instrument is used by Congressman, and Federal Court Judges to protect their assets from frivolous and all other types of lawsuits.
This instrument will never be challenged by the courts because to do so would be to jeopardize the assets of congressman, federal court judges and other people currently involved in writing the laws of this country.
Unfortunately, the very people who write our laws feel they should be exempt from them and this instrument provides them with that freedom.

Two ways to get the government to red flag your non-profit organization:
1) Setting up an organization as a tax-shelter, and then not including any documentation whatsoever that shows how the organization will function, or
2) Doing nothing that will benefit local communities or its citizens.

I have read about this several times. I would not even consider trying it.

To live your life under the umbrella of a non-profit organization that provides needed services to local communities and allow you to enjoy the protection of not losing any of your assets because you do not own them anymore but yet you maintain total control over all your assets is unheard of by any financial advisor or attorney in the country.
