I am sure at least a few of you know about this or have even tried it, but I had no idea this could be done, I found it very interesting.

It's called BUMP-

It's called BUMP- Firing.....It's not fully auto since you have to physically hit the trigger for each shot which comes out.....even the ATF describes it as this....it's not illegal to do....but it is a shitload of fun...

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses

Nice

That was awesome. It is amazing what kind of safety features you can bypass when you put your mind to it.

Although

It does make me think of a video where somebody gets shot...it just seems like it is a possibility, especially knowing some of the dumbasses that will try it. Of course, I don't consider myself a dumbass, so I will try it...haha. I know it's not automatic...but it gives the feel somewhat surely.

all you do when you bump fire is hold your trigger finger in place, keeping your finger ridged then using your other hand pull the weapon forward causing the trigger to hit your finger. basicly as you pull forward, you're fighting the recoil causing the trigger to come right back forward into your finger. takes a little practice to get used to. for another source, check out www.gunsnet.net/linx310 there is a segment on bump firing there
