You just have to spend the money for the permit and pass the background check. Then theres the keeping it secured and only really being able to sell it to a Class III dealer and all. It sounds like sort of a pain in the butt, however I'd still like to do it when I get the money.

ITS NOT TO BAD ONCE YOU GET USE TO TO DOING THE PAPERWORK AND HAVE A GOOD DEALER.
