standard 5.56 NATO, 55gram/ cartridge, 16" barrel.

I have been trying to research this topic, and wonder if anyone can confirm the little bit I have found.
The only data I found said: a zero at 25 meters will yield +7" at 200 meters, and a zero at 300 meters.

Any body confirm this, or correct it. If you have different numbers, please cite source.

Thanks for any help.

They do not show 5.56 NATO, but do show Remy 223, which probably is close.

The 5.56 nato and .223 remmy are identical except for operating pressure.
5.56 has a higher cup pressure. If you can give me a couple of days to get home, I will gather my loading manuals and ballistic charts.

36 yds is dead on at 300 yds. I think 25 yds is pretty close at 200 yds.

You have deluged me with data and information. I will be studying quietly, and when I go stark raving insane, I will get back to you to ask more questions. OR, even in 100degree plus temp, I may just go to the range, and do some cut&try.
In the meantime--thanks to alla y'all.
