Well, I was just wrapping up my Sunday with some reflection on the last two decades or so of my life and I just wanted to remind everyone out there to be thankful for the life that you have and for living in this great country. I was deployed to Camp Leatherneck with the 1/6 Marines in December of 2009 and after seeing how terrible it is in that God forsaken shit hole, I realize how great my life is.
I live in a free country defended by the World's most vicious and well trained fighting force with my girlfriend. We are expecting a beautiful and completely healthy daughter in March and I'm finishing up my school. I am allowed to enjoy my passions and hobbies to a very lenient extent (the exceptions being due to laws).
Just wanted to remind everyone to be thankful and God bless.
