kiltlifter

is brewed at Four Peaks. Its just down the street from my house ($3 pints during happy hour). Pretty good stuff. They have a good IPA as well. I didn't realize that they distributed it nationally

With an 16 GA IV with Beer instead of Normal Saline, your veins would probably get burned out but you would be unconscious.

don't know the gauge

but I had a vein burned up when they stuck a thich ass catheter in my arm and shoved potassium up it (in Mexico). gave me a freakin blood clot in my arm.

I could definately use the IV and Saline for the morning after a long night of hitting the bottle though.

beer

any beer.

I do not consider fruit a part of beer.

Bud, Coors, and Corona tops my list, but then again I drink anything with jager or tequila in it, so I don't know if my opinion counts. Try a dead nazi next time you are in the mood for a weak drink. I think y'all really like it!!

any good reposado

Don Julio, Clase Azul, El Tesoro, Tres Generaciones.... really anything. I'm not too picky. I just prefer reposado over anejo or silver

A buddy of mine bought some Tequila that was supposed to be 100 years old. I don't remember the name, but it was really fiery. Reminded me of scotch.

If not diluted with enough saline, potassium chloride will eat up your veins like battery acid, same goes with Dextrose given via iv, even though it's sugar it will burn em up. 16 gauge is a larger gauge more for trauma calls, 18-22 are more for normal medicals where fluid resusitation is not as important.

Pilsner in Germany is like Bud in the US. It's usually by Bitburger and called a 'Bit' so all the signs say, "Bitte ein Bit." I was surprised that you actually have to look for a darker beer. I also prefer Henry Weinhard for an easy to get beer.

I can not think of anything that I eat, that would not go with beer.

I like your accomidations with your beer choices, I have one to add, I like the cheese, salmon and bread, but a hot chick would seal the deal. Guinnes is wonderful stuff, we drink beers like Guinness and Kiltlifter when I compete in the Scottish Heavy Athletics, Guinnes is like Irish/or if your at comp, Scottish Gatorade, has all the nutrients minus protien that you need to keep going, it even has a anesthetic analgesic effect on those sore muscles. Kiltlifters good once in a while, it has a bit too strong fruit flavor with bitter hopps for me. I especially like Irish Carbombs, thats a good way to get messed up when it counts. Oh the memories, yah chicks seem to dig a bunch of Scottsmen in their Kilts in a bar, getting royally shit faced, ha, I have had more than a few chicks stick their hand up my kilt when I was a bit annebriated and not looking, guess they were just tryng to get a rise out of me, lol, and thank GOD they weren't dog ass ugly, thats always scarring. one time we were going commando, ha, this hot little brunette thought she'd be sneaky, so while I was dancing with one girl she went for it, and got a little more than she expected, I dont know why so many chicks always wonder whats under there.

I've ever had:

1. Old Stumble (renamed to Old Bumble---rights issue), only served on Tuesdays at Nimbus brewery. But I think they 86'd it now...it was good!
http://nimbusbeer.qwestoffice.net/
Nice website too...Monkey Shine is also very good (8.5 and 8.2% alchohol)

2. Guinness on tap (Ireland)

3. George Killian's Irish Red (Ireland via Coors, Colorado)

4. Rolling Rock-Latrobe baby! (PA, USA)

5. San Miguel (Philippines)

6. Heineken (Holland)

7. Carslberg (Denmark)

8. Dogfish Head World Wide Stout (De, USA)

9. Crown Lager (Australia)

10. Tooheys New, Victoria Bitter, Emu Bitter (Australia)

For a truly rounded beer experience, you gotta have
333-Vietnam
Tiger-Singapore
Singha-Thailand
Beer Na Beer-Philippines
Angkor Beer-Cambodia

But still my favorite all-time drinks:
- Irish Car Bombs
- Long Island Iced Teas

Sorry...a lot of info, but no alcohol here, so it was at least cool to discuss it!!!

anybody ever had speights or monteiths? Both brewed in NZ. Both make a great ale.
I can't find anyone that imports them to the U.S. I toured both brewerys and speights told me they import to Trader Joes, but none of the Joes around here stock it.
