1. You need to fill out paperwork and pay a 200 dollar tax to the ATF
2. You can own one, as long as it is a pice made before May 1986
3. I don't know the cost, but it'll be closer to 15,000 USD than 1,500

why does it have to be "pre" 1986?? i got all hot on the weapon because of the "3" ROUND BURST, yeah i know, made to kill, but even in practice it's a challenge to control that said burst. Also, I understand that it's a "gas" operated mechanism that controls the burst, am I wrong, or was I informd correctly?
