Allright guy's and Gal's. If you have any personal experience or just a good ol opinion. I wouldn't mind hearing it. I recently got myself A Black rain ordinance AR. It has the silver skulls plastered all over the upper and lower receiver. machined spiral 16" barrel . With enough magpul parts to open a dealership. The flash suppressor on the end is medieval looking. it's as is i could breach a door or impale the black night of yor, with it..
I bought it from a friend. A friend who loves flashy things like this. He also can be mesmerized by the shiny part of an aluminum can. Anyway he was having some issues with needing a vehicle and the virgin AR is worth 2,500 bucks. So I gave him 900 bucks and a good 1992 ranger. Now down to business. The only changes I made to the rifle was adding an evolution rail with an eotech holographic on top and mbus flip up irons at 2 o'clock. With a angled foregrip in place of the "tango down" vertical grip. I am currently considering some l.e.d lights and an espresso maker underbarrel ..ha ha.. Anyway has anyone owned a black rain? Aside from the extensive line of accessories. Is it a good rifle? or should I leave it a virgin and sell it off for something more practical. Like maybe a fighter jet with racing stripes and a sound system? Just want some input before I break it in and drop the value..I cant lie though this thing is pretty damn cool looking..
