also there's no extradition agreement in place between UAE and the US. He's pretty well protected there against any criminal suits that may be filed in the future and past civil suits. It also may have been a provision in the sales agreement (when he sold blackwater) that he couldn't do anything similar over here. I don't know, I'm just talking out of my ass. All I know is that he's doing pretty well for himself.
