I am in a unique position on bug out bags.I have four children as well as the wife and myself.we also have two four wheel drive vehicles.(suburbans)so we have two big bags set up with everything we need for all six of us times 2.each bag is already stored in each vehicle in case we can only take one.

after he announced he would be coming over to raid my place if anything happened. As far as I know he has no firearms, so I told him I thought my AR-15 was more accurate than my AK-47, but it didn't matter because I had both and my wife is a good shot. His wife visibly paled when I said this. He's never made that threat again.
