I hear about it on TV but what is the real deal? What are the restrictions, caveats, small print?

Thanks guys,

you are aware they want your vehicle, running or not(there are exceptions to this ),donated to them where by you can take a tax deduction for donated said vehicle.
The agency or program you donate the vehicle to will not put a value on the donated vehicle(again there are exceptions here).but you can take the blue book value as a tax deduction unless the vehicle has no blue book value then you are limited to 500.00 dollars as a deduction
These agencies take the vehicles, spruce 'em up(fix),and resell them at a discounted price. The clunkers are scrapped or parted out.All the repair work is done by mechanics that donate their time, donated parts, etc.
The Disabled American Vets are one group that takes these vehicles and turns them around. This has been my experience, for what it's worth.

This isn't in the same thread, but for some reason, I keep getting an IE error message on the other one. Civilians, contractors, and employees of other US government agencies who fight in foreign countries on our behalf are there either through agreement with the Host Nation, or as contracted employees of our government (usually State Department). A private citizen who goes into Afghanistan to kill Taliban is considered an unlawful combatant under the law of land warfare and has no legal authority for being there. And while our military doesn't get into trouble for accidentaly killing civilians during battles, a civilian who does the same thing can be tried for murder.

that there are private citizens what meant was duly authorized, but non military types such as my pops. who worked for the American Government in a lawful and appropriate manner and sometime was invite by the host country too.

more proof against failures and viruses too. anyway just google for www.mozillafirefox.com and find a good speed download site. it's free and it's very very easy to install and it is easier to use than MS IE.

from and how to kill it please let me know. Mainly I get green underlines from Fox News. I may have to switch to Firefox to see if that will stop it. I've tried FF and it's okay but am easy with IE.

They are an ad VIRUS. If you have downloaded a game or something it is a new ploy to get you to their web sites and ads. Go into control panel and delete the program you recently downloaded and see if this clears it up. It did on mine.

and still get green underlines. I've not downloaded anything in the past 2 days since it got reworked.
The only browser add-ons running are MS, Java, HP and Sun. I dunno but it's goofy. :<)

it is an ad-ware type thing. Are you running Windows XP? If you are restart your computer as of the date you brought it home. Good luck.

My god man, do you know how many people die of infections from surgeries every year? I died forty-seven
times in the last six months. Gosh.
