5 shot revolver 3 inch
wood grips (no Rossi emblem)
ejector does not have a shroud
fixed sights

honestly I dont know. I've never owned a Rossi. I just know that the 68 is a 3" bbl 5 shot. When I google image search "rossi 68" i'm seeing both blued and stainless frames... but I would assume you are correct ("S" standing for stainless)
