I'm trying to decide what gun, cal.,&method of carry ,to use.I'm in a wheel chair or using a walker.Any advice would be appreciated.
I would suggest a .45 cal semi-auto, fanny pack carry. You'll have easy access, a gun with "first-shot authority" and 10-13 rounds, typically. High capacity mags come in handy when you're in a high stress situation. I do not recommend anything smaller than a .40cal for personal defense. I have first hand knowledge of using 9mm (Hydrashok)and it was not as immediately disabling as one might hope for- especially when there is a lethal threat. Big bore = big results.
