i keep going there and check the delete picture box and have my new picture in my file but when i submit it goes back to my page...........aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

Click on profile name Then click on the edit tab..the edit tab allows u to change ur name
once there there is a section for ur profile pic. Hit the browse button and select the pic. u r wanting to upload

don't delete the pic but just click on the browse
