How often do you clean your carry gun? My Kel-Tec gets pretty nasty riding around in my pocket, so it gets cleaned once a week. The Glock....I clean that one every other week.

on this subject

i clean my .25 every week, but i carry it in my front jeans pocket like a set of keys,so it gets lint on it.Like you said,i generally clean my 26 and 19 whenever, but i clean everything right after i shoot it no matter what and i have always just used wd=40 unless its my blackpowder rifle.
Then if i haven't shot the guns for awhile i will have a gun cleaning day,i'll clean out the gun locker, make the old lady prance around topless, drink beer and clean guns

cleaning

I try to clean most of my rifles after shooting them. If its a glock or sig handgun, sometimes I'll just wipe down the outside and clean the whole thing next time. They function fine unless they're caked with shit. As for carry gun, its usually a glock, so I'll scrape the lint out of it and give it a drop of lube every month or so

I clean my carry gun

Once or twice a week. I give my guns a wipedown after every range and I shoot my carry gun every range session, once or twice a week. There are exceptions to this. I haven't cleaned my M4 for quite a while, I'm going without cleaning or lubrication until I get a malfunction. I do detail cleaning about every couple months, but with the Hornady One Shot gun cleaner and dry lube spray I use, carbon just wipes right off the rails and the boresnake brings the bore to a high polish after two passes.
