I do this all summer

I don't understand what you mean by "sag". Sometimes it's comfortable. I have two bellybands; one is comfortable, one's not. I use these when I'm wearing shorts & don't use a belt. I have two belt holsters that are very comfortable. I hate IWB holsters because they're very uncomfortable for me. The problem I have with only wearing a t-shirt is that the t-shirt has to be a large, & I should wear a medium for best fit. The t-shirts have to be dark, to cover the bulkiness of the gun & holster.

Do it all the time

IWB holster for the revolver and Glock, under a t-shirt wearing shorts. No Problems!
