I just got a call from my FFL guy and one of my nagants has arrived and it still has a shit load of cosmoline on it, what is best to use to remove it without fucking up the finish? boiling water. Brake kleen removes the cosmoline but will stain the stock

boiling water and a parts cleaning nylon bristle brush it is, I would rather work harder than stain the furniture...I have got plenty of free time.

cosmoline, is also a Great sex Lub. It won"t ware out!!!

wipe off as much cosmoline on the weapon as possable, with a rag or paper towels. The rest is so much easer to cleanup then. But avoid boiling water,and Brake Klean, on yer dick!! It hurts.
