only a crime if they use your SSN to get a loan and default on it but as long as they pay it's cool? What a bunch of horse shit, you know we are living in a fucked up world when courts are handing down rulings like this. I guess we shouldn't be surprised that this happened in CO, that state is full of Liberal Loons.

give out your SSN on a loan? i was always told to change one number,it doesn't work that way,IF THEY DO A SSN CHECK,it always comes back as the person the ssn # is registered to,always,it's a federal database,so my question for Felix rodrguez-marinez is who's name came back with the SSN??? IF it wasn't his name then he had to use an alias attached to the ssn,and if he did that he ought to be guilty of false ID for the purpose of getting a loan,ought to be at least 3-4 felonies in there.Hang him.Maybe he was just having a oopsie day,like that guy that accidently fell and got his dick stuck in my exwifes pussy.

So he wasn't really trying to assume a false identity, he was trying to obtain a loan using someone's number, and the latter supersedes the former? That judge is an idiot.
