Crime at 45 year low
The drop in crime is all the more remarkable because the police have recently faced budget cuts. When the department recently disbanded the mounted horse, canine and boat units, officers were reassigned to patrol duty. Is it possible that crime is down because the people are better armed? whats the secret to meeting matura women. |

Although, one real theory I heard is that since the unemployment rate is high for so long and many others have quit looking, therefore more people at home...so those crimes (home burglary and stuff in the house) is not happening. Otherwise...who knows.

I would think that if unemployment was high, so would the crime rate (too much time on hands+ no jobs= crime), and I don't care much for Obummer personally.
