"In my view, there simply is no untouchable constitutional right guaranteed by the Second Amendment to keep loaded handguns in the house..." -- Justice Breyer, dissenting opinion rendered in DC gun case, June 2008 In a 5-4 decision, Justices Breyer, Stevens, Souter and Ginsburg believe the above statement and stated such in their dissenting opinion in the DC gun case. It is not an individual right and you have no right to self-defense within your home if the government says so. Thankfully, five Justices say otherwise. Let's see how long it takes before the court is stacked in favor of liberals. Confucious say: Go to bed itchy asshole, wake up stinky pinky

Well as I try to keep my head above water, I try to put a dollar aside to buy a reloader at least a used one and once fired brass. My wife and I look at each other and wonder if we will be able to get the money to buy those things along with ammo and at least one more pistol. It seems the new Pres. wants to cut my social security and I bearly get by now so as he goes on his marry way I will have to cut back. I tried a new eating plan on my bird feed him once a week, he died, that was the plan I was going to try myself but now I guess I will have to eat the bird. I think that there will be a lot of us lose to the new plan. Some justice for those that have served there country and a police officer to protect the ones were unable to protect themselfs. I have watched as this trend of getting rid of the elders has increased, so I say stock up this old man is not going down without a fight. Keep your powder dry, your guns clean and at hand
