not good for glock pistols, with the least bump the laser is off target.

all lasers will be very sensitive to the slightest touch. Even the internal ones.

lasers

So, you are saying that the internal ones are shock sensitive? I have a XD .45 tactical 5" and was considering an internal, but was waiting on a green one.

what i was meaning to say is that the recoil is gonna make the laser's dot bounce around either way. If I was going to get one, i would go with the internal (I dont like the external lasers because they add bulk) but the internals are expensive. I think a decent one will run around $200-$300. I was thinking about buying one a while back, but my buddy who was a glock rep at the time, made a comment that changed my mind. Not sure if it is true...so make your own decision.

first off... every time you fire a shot, it is a controlled explosion. My buddy said that due to the constant banging and the recoil of the shot... he had never seen an internal laser last more than 1,000-2,000 rds. (like I said, don't know how valid his statement was)

Lastly, a question. if i'm gonna use a laser... or light for that matter, its gonna be in a low light situation. Do I really want my enemy to know my position?

lasers

Makes sense. Hoped they would build them a little better. Will check the web to see about feedback on internal laser failures. Have you ever seen the Advantage Tactical sight system? Also was considering this for my XD. As for the enemy, as long as they can't find me, I am happy.
