I ordered a set of Heinie Slant Pro Straight Eight sights for my Glock on January 12 from Custom Glock Racing (www.custom-glock.com) supposedly out of Scottsdale, AZ. I have called repeatedly and sent numerous emails and haven't yet recieved a reply. The after-hours number and the email address for questions about orders are both invalid. The order confirmation email says their parent company is PNG International and nobody answers the number for them provided by my bank. It may be a scam, it may not be. If it's not a scam, these people should go out of business. I realize things are busy all over due to to the new President, but all I asked was whether they knew when I could expect my order to be shipped. This takes almost no time to return a call and say "the sight is backordered, or we're busy and you can expect it in ___ weeks/months/whatever". If anybody is in the market for parts or custom work for a Glock, please look somewhere else and check out the company before you order. It cost me 137 dollars to learn this lesson.

I will give all of your information to the BBB for the state of AZ. and have them check them out. But, from what you have up, I would say if is a scam.

I agree, fordvg

I had thought about legal action, but it just isn't worth the hassle for 137 bucks. A lesson learned, I guess. I'll stick with midwayusa or brownells from now on.

He was out of town and his website didn't have updated numbers. I should have the sights by tuesday or wednesday. It's not a scam, just incompetence in keeping a website going. I can deal with that. Life is good again

I ordered a magwell from CGR, they lost my order form and then had the nerve to accuse me of not sending it in along with my payment. I sat there in the parking lot of the post office and remember 100% sealing my order form and payment in an envelope.

3 or 4 weeks went by before I called them up asking if they had seen my order. MATT KARTOZIAN, accused me (rather rudely) of not sending it (although HE doesn't open the mail, his secretary or someone else does) and he was just a complete ass the entire conversation. There was no "I'm sorrry for the hiccup, let's see what we can do" To top it off, he had the nerve to tell me to "never order from them again"

Here is a guy who markets himself as a "professional shooter" on the forums although he's just a lowly "A" Class USPSA shooter.

last I checked, his website store was down, hopefully his attitude caught up with him. I advise everyone not to order from him and surprisingly, there are alot of people who are not surprised when I tell them. Seems the word is already out.
