I checked on joining up with the border patrol, but changed my mind. They said you have to put time in on the Mexico border for like 3+ years before you can transfer somewhere else. I am from Washington state and living down there in that heat no thanks. The pay is pretty good and they seem to have better benifits than other agencies.
