just to give us a reason to let out our sick thoughts. It is therapy to us. Plus, I think there is more dark meat on a yorkie than a miniature poodle. There is definately more dark meat on a yorkie than a miniature pincer. Yip yip yip yip...BOOOOM!!!! sizzle sizzle sizzle...let's eat!!!
a squirrel to get tender enough to eat. I am gonna try smoking them on the BBQ grill...low and slow. Tree rat on the half shell...Wooo! Now that is good eats.
i might try the b.b.q. method. i haven't eaten squirrel in awhile, but my mom taught me to cook them slow in the crockpot. an old guy i know was going through cancer treatment last year. i heard he was hungry for some tree rat. i shot and cleaned a bunch for him. he's doing well now...coincidence,i don't think so.
squirrels in stew, and it still had fur in it and something that tasted like mustard. I was kinda scarred and havent tried it since. Maybe it was yorkie. Theres some big sumbitchis round here (squirrels, were talkin like a 1 1/2' long if they lay flat in the street and bellies thick like a can of soup i swear like the size of small cats or some shit), I used to pick em off my aunts bird feeders with a Benjamin Sheridan.
The time is coming when those who kill you will think they are offering service to God.

A penny saved is a government oversight.
Wow, you must have some big squirrel over there. And I have not idea what you got a hold of that tasted like mustard. The hair is hard to get off. That doesn't bother me though. What does, is when I was younger i'd accidentaly leave some pellets in from the .410 i'd hunt with, now that really sucks to be eating and bite into some lead.
Need to be aged for a while. Get the gamey taste out. The enzymes will tenderize the meat if you wait for a week or so. I don't eat dogs, though. Dogs are for sex, squirrels are for eating.
If you can't win their hearts and minds, then expose their hearts and minds to open oxygen. WHEN IN DOUBT, THIRTY OUT!!

i have a buddy that can fit 2 squirrels at a time on his george forman grill. you'd think they'd be tough, but he loves em.
