I have never seen an eagle in the desert. They were always near a water source so they could fish.
I saw one attack a muskrat in the snow once, that was cool.
I think of .50 cal when I hear desert eagle. I think it has a large frame and a recoil to match.

if you can't spell it, just try it two different ways... you bound to get one right. just f'in with you.
I think the DE is a P.O.S. I would rather have many other weapons, especially for the money. I think it is heavy and clunky, and the ammo is expensive as hell. It is a heavy and slow round (muy bueno at close range... suckin wind at medium/longer range) I know you don't need crazy range on a handgun... but do you really want to carry that big ol thing?
sytasyn_syn
I think the only reason it has ever made a name for it's self is because it was a .50 handgun...OOOOO COOOOOL fancy smancy shiny turd is what your holding (wash your hands). No one in there right mind buys this thing unless they have money they don't need and don't mind getting kick in the face for not giving me the money.

i have a baby deagle in 45 acp and i must say it is a very nice shooting gun but i do agree the 50 is way over kill
Hunter59
I mean...what would u use it for???
sytasyn_syn
NOTHING...ITS CRAP

Desert eagle comes from the desert, there is a lot of sand there, why not use the "pistol" as sand bags, that way you don't have to use your time to fill em...I might have found a use for them...

i hace out shot a couple of kimbers in competition with the baby deagle and quite a few other guns i do agree though that the fifty cal is a piece of shit but my baby deagle shoots nice
Ishootdaily
The Baby Egale is just another CZ knock off with minor changes. hehe
Jerico's shoot fine, but it wasn't the pistol that won....

Your an ass. LOL, just kidding.
TLtactical
They are too heavy, Too Bulky, Too expensive for rounds...
They are a cool toy to play with once, but then there is no practical application for them because of their weight.
Larry Wagner
Got to agree with you on that one TL.
Snake
I want one with a 10" Barrel and a scope. Just something to show off to people and shoot on weekends once in a while. I wouldnt want to be carrying it in concealment or anything because it would be ridiculously visible. It is just something for us gun types to add to our collections I say.
runawaygun762
I'm betting the recoil on the .44 DE is quite a bit tamer than the same round in a revolver, and you can get them with 10" and 14" barrels, so there is a potential for handgun hunting.
PirateTattooist
I dont think any of you actually carried one, it may seem bulky and heavy, but when you carry one you dont even need bullets, someone unlucky enough to be starring down the barrel of a .50 cal...wont even move. When I first got my permit I had to carry a Mark XIX..it was huge, and It was my dads, he let me use it untill I could buy something for myself. I think I had like 4 rounds in it, but I never had to put one in the chamber for carrying.
I did get fairly good with it at the range too. I just think there was something about the hand cannon i loved. Once I can spare 1200 bux, I will have one of my own, and I will carry it..EVERYWHERE
Shakleford
I have talked to, has had nothing good to say about them. Once they get a good round count though them, they constantly break.
PirateTattooist
they arent high round guns...but if you take care of it you can get a million dollars in rounds through them..
which at the current rate of ammo is about 135 rounds.lol
Ishootdaily
and someone to hold it when the trigger is pulled....
