It looks that way. Too bad. I wanted to see the others responses on it too. I just kind of laughed the guy off. Reaper probably deleted it before the ATF saw it. C'mon reap, let us make fun of them a little before you slap it down. ;)

sorry guys

I didn't want a discussion about home made devices coming up on search engines. If he was looking to legally purchase something of that nature we could point him in the right direction, but he was looking for instructions to self build something in his own hillbilly shop class. I didn't want someone to take the bait without realizing what they were doing...

Hillbilly shop class

School is in session

all i said was "i want one like Hamp"
Besides her other attributes ie; tak'n care of padre (usually limited to telling me why i walked into a room, or advice on something rude hanging off my face) The lovely Mrs E is also blessed with a wonderful since of humor.. We're watching TV, I'm scrolling thru pictures.. Get to Hamps rifle.. I make a comment on both the gun and photography skills.. ok maybe more like "why can't I have one of these" I knew the way she jumped up it was going to be trouble.. You guys know that maniacal laughter thing.. The kicker was the butter knife and "brownies" leash.. Actually works ok, but have to move the "front grip" a bit to see thru the scope..

Greg's tacticool rifle

That was funny as hell. I was rolling when I first saw it.
Vaq, Jay, that guy that posted that, I think he was in more danger of blowing himself up than doing something illegal.

Yep, I really did tell him to contact greg az, cuz his wife had built some customs in the past.
Reaper had to do what he had to do though.

I still do. The McCoys were always around the parts where I grew up. Good people. GOD fearing and honest. The Hatfields were a bit North of us, up by the Clear Fork of the Brazos. Again, good people.
I always bought Coastal Bermuda hay off of Eulan Hatfield for the horses. Good produce for a good price. I ran with his boy Charlie some. Went to school with all the McCoys as did my dad. Actually shared property line with 'em. Lots of stories for either side. None bad per se, just county folk doing what they see fit. Seems odd watching the old story on history channel. I used to give 'em a bit of grief about the feud. Grand pa told that there was still a bit of bad blood , even in TX around the 1930's.

Worst feud I ever witnessed was the "Thompsons" (not real name) down towards Coleman, TX.
Family feud. Interfamily. Brother killing brother over water rights. Land was plentiful, water was (and still is) scarce. One dammed up a creek and dried up the cattle on his brother down stream. You can guess the rest. This was in the 1980s. Yep, we've come a long way since the 1880s. Maybe, maybe not.

One of the best acted and guessing (history channel and all) things on TV.. Americana and we all knew about it.. this does a good job of putting it in perspective with out the normal Hollywood spin. Pretty impressed so far..

On an up right site. Shouldn't support it nor condone it in any manner for sure.
