A Devious Idea

Someone tell me if this is legal: These gift cards for guns schemes are getting extremely popular, so I was wondering if an individual could do the same thing? I mean, it would be just like buying the guns, even if I did get them at far less than market price. I'm seriously thinking about getting me a fist full of gift cards and putting an ad in the paper, "Gifts for Guns!" If it's legal I can't think of a better way to expand my gun collection cheaply.

don't see why it wouldn't be,other than needing a dealers license at some point because of volume.as long as you do the transfers legally (whatever that is in your area),there should be no problem

Dealer's License

Nah, not selling, just buying. Individual to individual. That's still legal in spite of the best efforts of those at the Kremlin.

I like it! And you're right, I don't see any legal issue at all. But I'm sure the gestapo will find something. They hate competition.
