I know a lot of people with FFL who don't have a "store front".

If I get my FFL I can get guns from www.auctionarms.com for pennies on the dollar for some and others with a few well placed bids. But what age limit are they to get a FFL? Anyone?

that, once you are 21 and can own a handgun legally, you will be elligible for a FFL.
