With the economy in as bad as shape it's in I believe that it will take them longer to get to us than jan 20. Right now they have more on their plate than they can chew. But I know they will eventually ram rod their bans and taxes down our throats. Ive been stocking up on 45.ACP ammo for the last 3 months and purchasing 10 rd clips from Wilson Combat every chance I get.

You see they can not do anything to improve the economy because their solutions are wack. So they will start on things they know they can do before the congress gets voted out. Bill Clinton admits his greatest mistake was when he took on the NRA. He acredits that with why he lost his congress to the Republicans thus making him a lame duck. He then decided to play ball and pass the republicans contract with america. Remember that the congress controls the purse strings and are really responsible for the crisis we are in. Democratcs took over in Nov of 2006 and have destroyed our economy so they can get Bush out. Just look at all graphs on oil, gas, inflation, consumer confidence etc.... after they took control of congress.

Yup it will take 'em time to ramp up, but; it will cost them no mun to put their:
Executive orders in place
their legislation in cue
their orders to their growingly hand picked "judges"...
it will win favor of the Progressive Socialists supporters to see this crap go into place...
and will be mostly "unseen" by the masses because the general economy etc. will have them distracted: just like Clinton's famous no-sex blow job distracted the nation from the fact that while he was coming the Chinese were coming into and taking over west coast harbors...
Now is the time for all good men to stock up and prepare:
knowlege and resources first: ammo a close second.

I bought a case of 9mm to feed my PPS, P99 and AR-15 9MM. Also bought 500 rounds, .223 200 7.62x39 and some lead .45 ACP. Now i am broke but I got my ammo.
Also bought some tapco stocks and gallil grip. It looks cool. I will not put the pistol grip on it because I need more parts to be 922 compliant.

I just picked up 250 rds of 230 gr. jhp on sale at gander mtn, I'll go back at least once more and pick up another 500 sometime this week.

i received via UPS my yugo milsurp brass cased 7.62x39 ammo yesterday!i made a deal with a buddy on some gun work so he ordered me 2 cases of ammo.1260 rounds per case in 15 round boxes.2520 rounds plus what i already have leaves me sitting good for ammo.plus for christmas i got a sportsman warehouse $250 gift card,which will be used to buy powder and primers and bullets for reloading.

Neighbor around the block was chatting me about the Glocks he customizes...
went in and visited an hour or so and got on subject of stocking ammo...
he quietly took me to his gun safe...room enough for his six Glocks...
the rest was tight with fresh boxes of 9mm to feed them...
I have a way to go...but budgeting a little every month.

all told between loaded ammo and reloading components,i have damn near 10,000 rounds of ammo.this being in various calibers of course.

I have enough as well, but I guess you can never have too much. I try to keep most sealed in spam cans and battle packs

I may have to go (deeper) into debt to get the ammo I feel I need. Like a previous post, I think they (Obama and his tree-huggers) will get away with some sort of back-door bullshit. In the long run it will bite him in his ass. Definitely need more.40 and I only have a few boxes of 9mm. Not to mention I am completely out of 12ga and 22lr.

Remember that buying ammo is cheaper if you buy in large quanities your price goes down. Find the best price for 2000 rds or what you can make a deal on, gather up some friends and put money in pot. If you can use a money order,cash rather check or credit card, harder to track, next order1 or 2 mos down the road use next name on your buddy list and different address shadow walker nickels worth

I have bought 3 people ammo for Christmas presents this year. I personally would love to see some federal match 168 gr in .308 under the tree. One would think that all these ammo sales are helping the economy in an undeniable way, even big "O" will see that.

I agreee Eric. I have been stocking up on 380 for the wife lol 9mm 40&45. Every friday I go in to walmart or gander mountain and buy one box of each. Got Hi Cap clips coming from springfield armory. Bought the last xdm 40 clip at the gun shop last week. Has anybody got the new xdm 9 mm yet. Thinking about buying one for the capacity of rounds.Going to order a case of 40 from Budsgunshop.com
