EMA Tactical's RONI is a kit that converts a pistol to a carbine in less than 6 seconds by unlocking two pins and inserting your handgun. Would you spend $300 for this?

nope

1. I can buy another pretty good handgun for $300, or a collapsible pistol-cal carbine like the KelTec Sub2k for a little more.

2. If you legally acquire it, that means you have registered your pistol as an SBR with the ATF, jumped through all their Big Brother hoops, and paid an additional $200 for the Class III stamp. Otherwise, slapping this thing onto you pistol is 6-10yrs in federal prison, learning to be a good wife for some thug. Even if this thing made your pistol into some kind of deathray (which is doesn't, pistol cal ballistics, esp. standard semiauto cartridges like the 9mm/45acp/etc are not usually that great at ending fights) it wouldn't be worth the hassles to me.

If I were to ever fall and hit my head and venture into the Class III/NFA world again, it would be for a suppressor, SBR, SBS---something that would actually increase my capabilities and/or funfactor.

Congrats Reaper..

Like the new avatar.. I've never seen that version of it before... Don't know if this is fact or not but i've heard that the original design predates our first stars and stripes, and was designed by Franklin.

the gadsden does pre date the stars and strips. It was designed by Christopher Gadsden. Franklin did the "join or die" with the snake. This is just a Arizona Diamondbacks spin on the gadsden...

I want you to consider something... I live in AZ.. While im typing that comment i thought, man that looks familiar... sigh..

I think im going to have Gloria write my name on the inside of my underwear (heck dont wear em) .. I'll have her write the name in my waste band to deal with obvious senility issues..
