it is basically a flare gun from what i can find out but may be able to fire 32 ammo but research it before you go to shooting ammo in it!i googled EMGE guns and found the above site so do the same and see what you find

I doubt that it is a flare gun, and I have fired it.... I am just after information on its origin and value or any significant historical value.
