Evolution

If evolution is all about adaptation to environment, then why are Mexicans, (who come from a tropical environment), prone to being overweight and Scandanavians (cold environment) typically skinny? Seems a bit backwards to me.

If you had to eat lutefisk you'd be skinny, too. Besides, the problem is that the Mexicans don't STAY in their tropical environment.

"Hard working mexican". That's funny.
