Im no expert but my 2 cents says to move from a .177 cal pellet gun to a .22 cal pellet gun (No not meaning .22 rifle) I have seen .22 caliber pellets so I am sure there is a Pellet gun that shoots them. Mr.Coon would be owned then!!

yeah....im thinking that coon will eventually die of lead poisoning....i need to get a laser pointer or something so i can atleast shoot it in the eyes and anus.

If I had a laser bullet I would Tape it under the barrel of my pellet gun as a redneck laser....would that work? I wont swear to it but it....ok I honestly dont know if it would or not. Maybe rig up a laser level..??? Or just go get ya a simple laser pointer like teachers use and tape it wit black tape to your pellet gun.

I was just throwing ideas to ya. Better Idea is to get you a flash light and make you a custom righ for ya pellet gun and you can see then...

hit him in the eyes with a flash light and he should sit right pretty for you....

Crossman 760 and 880 BB/Pellet you can pump up a couple of pumps over suggested pumps. I'd also consider using a BB going through their Fur and Hide.....

Or at least a Conical Pellet....

i have Gammo Silent Cat ( whisperer) same shit...it shoots 1200 fps. with a silencer. single shot .it pumps itself up after you load the pellet.i goes thru cans and inbeds into my wood fence.i almost went for my Ruger .22 mark 1......but that would be illegal......it would do the job......but illegal

I'd probably use a trap and let it go next to someones house you do not like. Hell spread some canned Tuna around their trash can/ Damn thing will never stop going there...

i found a gamo varmit hunter scope with flashlite and laser on Amazon.com....$62.00. IM ON A MISSION............He dies.........or i miss hit the neighbors window and hide out for a month or so......either way ...its a great price

I Have used a 177 with good effect on squirrel and rabbits, but I tried it on a ground hog and it was not what I had hoped for. I don't think it is enough for larger varmits. Well. At least I am never going to do it again. Mine is about 1000 to 1200 fps so if yours is 1400 to 1600 maybe it would work. I don't know

wouldn't a laser be useless due to the large parrabolic arc on the round from an air rifle? I would have to be sighted in for once distance and only use at that distance.

I don’t know weather you decided to trap the raccoon or not but eggs work good for bait. “on possums too” Don’t break them or hard boil them just put them in the live bate trap to the back. This way you don’t have to worry about any cats going for it. unless you don’t care about what your trapping. I live on a farm and we trap doz of them a year like this, and seldom does one of our barn cats get into one.

he stayed away for about a week or so......now he's back. im waiting for my varmit hunter scope to come in....i've shot at him a few more times but no clean headshots yet.i have to shoot at a certain angle so i don't hit thr neighbors window if i miss.ok ok when i miss.......he's fn dead soon. im on vacation next week......my friend wants to come over with his crossbow but this bitch is mine!!!! its personal!!!!

here it is...he finally came back.i shot him twice and nothing....then i used the laser and shot him in the eye.he flew off the tree and has not been back since....so now im looking to sell my Gamo .177 and getting an RSW 48 in a .22....for the power to kill a racoon on one shot. i want to kill him till he is dead dead dead!!!!!
