Anyone on this site have a FFL? If so, how hard are they to get these days? I heard the gov't is cutting back on issuing them... and they are almost impossible to get unless you have a physical store. Anyone else know? I am thinking about applying for one. "Proelium Comminus Auctoritate"

The ffl does require a physical address of a place of business. I started to apply about a year ago but had some health issues. The ffl is for a business (read "for profit"). After 26 June 2008 Supreme Court decison, things might be a little easier, although the $250 isn't all that easy.
Good Luck

Its not really as hard as everyone thinks to get an ffl. The hardest part is geting the business liscense in your city. I said mine was for internet sales and i run it out of my home. I got a business liscence in the city I live in and the rest was a piece of cake. It is a $200 aplication fee and $90 every three years after that. Go for it, much easier than I thought it would be.
