Is based on the Browning BAR. Which is a very fine piece of equipment. Browning built the first BARs for WWI and they saw extensive action all the way through WWII. Started as a 30-06 to use the WWI ammo. Browning is renowned in the craftsmanship. I had been looking at the BARs in 30-06 and .308, but this version is so good looking and practical. Nice piece.
