I don't have time now, but I will look into it more. I just read somewhere 5 min ago that they are available for FFL and class 3. Later when I get a chance I will find the source. Not trying to argue... but I just find it hard to believe

After talking to a couple people I know... who both hold FFL's... I was told the following. FFL holders can own g18's. They are demo's provided by glock and are not transerable (cannot sell) and can no longer be imported due to the 1986 federal machine gun ban.
"The Glock 18 is a select fire (full auto) version of the G17. Therefore it is only available to LE, military and dealers with Class III license."
