Glock 20

i was looking for someone that has reviewed the glock 20 but i just cant seem to find it...i dont own one and im just curious how well the glock 20 is and yes i know the 10mm auto is an expensive rd but to my question is does the specs out weigh the price? or should someone recommend me a different firearm to go with what im looking for is something with a decent accuracy, high durability, high round capacity as well as high kinetic energy and at a glace the glock 20 is pretty impressive 15 round capacity in a magazine (+1), 10mm auto, glock's trusted durability i just would like some personal opinion on this it would help if you owned a glock 20 or have shot it enough to know the gun's specs the good as well as the bad thanks

If I were you, I would definately go with Glock. They make the best 10mm auto hands down, especially as far as reliability and value go. The G20/G21 frame is pretty big and the grip is very wide. Glock had so many complaints that they made the G21SF (.45acp) but have not made a G20SF as of yet. The SF (Slim Frame) fits the average person's hand much better than the original model. For this reason, I bought a G21SF and then got a 10mm conversion barrel for it. It will take regular G20 mags. You can get the conversion barrels from a number of different companies for around $100-$250 depending on the brand. This will allow you to shoot both 10mm and .45 acp. (.45 is quite a bit cheaper for plinking and practice). I would suggest that you hold a Glock 20 and see how it fits your hand. If it fits and you don't care for .45, great. If you're like me, and most others... I would suggest the Glock 21SF with a 10mm conversion barrel.

I own and shoot a 10MM. Reaper 308 offered great information especially about the frame and barrel interchangeability. I want to add a couple of things. The G20 does have recoil well above that of a 9MM. If practiced it is manageable. I also use 5 & 6" barrels that provide more energy at impact. I use the 6" barrel to hunt with. It's a very portable and capable hunter, if you practice with full power loads. If you have these extended barrels ported they are even more enjoyable (a bit loader though). I enjoy the G20 grip as it is. It provides good purchase for those with large hands.
Holsters are readily available in just about any style you would want for this type handgun. If you want a 10MM, I vote G20.

(You have to look behind all of that outer space stuff)
